Hi guys,

At the last lan, there were a couple of people with speakers blearing. For the n00bs who don't know SPEAKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT DLC. If you have the uncontrollable urge to bring them, be warned that you will be bagged out quite badly, as one person found out, followed by him cracking the shits, shutting down the DC hub and leaving (good riddance if you ask me).

Any questions, post here, but it's a pretty simple concept.

for the facts, they didnt know no speakers, they never been before, and they never went on the site to read the rules :p, trust me they were WELL behaved considering what they are normaly like at private lan's of ours, and i mean very well behaved :p but anyways, they didnt know, there was no need to like ridicule them, just ask politly to turn them off

nyways next DLC there wont be an issue with the hub going down and switching between different people, as ive got a dedicated server for DLC which will have all gameservers and the hub installed aswell as other shit :p but thats just my 2cents worth

Catchya at next LAN

Heads up that another member has suggested they have a spare server for DLC and was going to set one up purely for DLC.

Watti, I would accept that since they are new and it was their first LAN. The simple fact of that matter is that I requested them nicely to turn them off or plug in headphones as speakers are not allowed at the LAN. That was the first time I asked them, then the second time was a little more forceful. The last time was all out LAN rage :) You can only ask someone to do something nicely so many times before it becomes a great big fuck you... Also, I'd hope they were better behaved at DLC than at one of your/your mates LANs. DLC is a public LAN and should be treated with more respect than a mates LAN as there are people there that they don't know, including myself, and I had to restrain myself on the third occasion of telling him to shut those fucking speakers up.

Tarleerob, You should have seen the death stares from the other side of the room. A lot of people have a problem with telling someone they don't know off, I on the other hand don't have this problem and am more than happy to enforce DLC rules. Again, it is not my fault that they did not listen to the quiet request to turn them off, nor the slightly raised voice of turn them off, then the me and c0by gang rape of turn them the fuck off which caused them to have a little whinge and cry off back to their mummy's to complain.

Anyways, enough ranting from me, the point is very clear and if anyone can't understand the point of this topic, I'm sure that they will before long at the next DLC 8)
